I take pride in my handcrafted artwork, photography, and jewelry, and carefully inspect each piece before shipment. While I don't offer refunds, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read my exchange policy carefully before making your purchase.

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt only for Jewelry.

All Jewelry items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship your exchange

Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged

Digital downloads and photography prints are non-exchangeable

Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of both the item and packaging
Exceptions
We understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged or defective. In these rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR MOODY KIDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Moody Kids . If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note All international orders, accessories, sale items, purchases made during Black Friday week, and any items discounted by more than 25% are final sale.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
Free return labels are available for store credit returns. Otherwise, there is a processing fee of $7.95 for returns processed back to the original method of payment - the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please do not combine returns that have separate return IDs. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

Damaged and defective product must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to Moodykidsco@gmail.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we will be happy to help.
