Exchange Policy

• Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt only for Jewelry.

• All Jewelry items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Exchange Process

1. Contact us at [Moodymagsdesign@gmail.com] with your order number and exchange request

2. We'll provide return instructions and confirm availability of desired exchange item

3. Ship the item back to us using tracked shipping

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship your exchange

 

Please Note:

• Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged

• Sale items are final sale.

• Digital downloads and photography prints are non-exchangeable

• Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of both the item and packaging

 

Exceptions
We understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged or defective. In these rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
